A bespoke tender for a professional services support provider.
Brief.
JPC Regent Samsic has in excess of 29 years’ experience cleaning some of London’s most high profile premises, sites including The Leadenhall Building, City of London, Harrods Estates, Chiswick Park, Broadgate Estates, Singapore Airlines, Blackstone Group, Jones Lang LaSalle and The Ritz Casino. We have worked with them for a number of years, providing high quality brochures and tenders for their pitch processes. We were asked to produce a presentation that shows their vision for a 12 month period and reflects the personality of the Broadgate Estates brand.
Process.
Initially we create a look and feel that marries JPC with their prospective client to create a strong integrated look. Having established this we source a mixture of stock and our own photography to help explain the journey within the 28 page brochure. These are presented to the client in a branded box alongside other documentation. The second part of the project is to create a slide based presentation that echoes the brochure yet has movement and interactivity. JPC then use this in a follow-up meeting.
Results.
JPC were successful in their tender and we continue to look for new ways in which they can improve the presentation of their credentials.
