Brief.
All Finishes approached us in 2017 to develop a new brand and e-commerce website design for a new retail venture which launched January 2018.
Process.
Brand and New Website
Shorthose Russell worked with All Finishes to create a brand to reflect this new online store.
We created a bespoke B2C e-commerce website design which houses a collection of professional wood finishes and paints for DIYers and provides inspiration, ideas and advice through blogs and ‘how to’ videos.
We developed this site using leading eCommerce platform - Magento 2 due to the complexity of the product offering and for future growth. The design features a customisable mega menu, swatch colours, Trust Pilot, ERP system and Stripe payment platform integrations.
Digital retainer
Post-launch we provided a retainer covering paid digital (PPC) management and support, search engine optimisation, content strategy, content creation and support, conversion rate optimisation and monthly reporting.
Results.
As a secondary piece of work we developed a custom colour upload module and integrated Merlin's ERP stock management system with the website to save time uploading new products and custom colours.
